Subscription & Billing Policy

New Marcus accounts start with a 3-day free trial. Your payment method is securely collected at signup and is not charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Marcus+ does not include a free trial.

At the end of your Marcus free trial, your subscription automatically converts to the paid Marcus plan ($25/month for 1 workspace) unless you cancel first. Marcus+ ($50/month, up to 3 workspaces) is available today; billing begins immediately upon subscription and no free trial is offered. Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to Evolasi through the end of that period.

Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable law and our current refund policy. Please contact support to request a refund, and we'll review your case in good faith.

We may adjust pricing over time. If your subscription price changes, we'll notify you in advance and give you a chance to accept or cancel before the new price takes effect.

If a payment fails, we'll attempt to retry the charge. If it continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or downgraded until the payment method is updated.
