Users remain responsible for their own decisions and should use independent judgment before acting on AI-generated responses.

Evolasi does not sell your personal information.

Information may only be shared with trusted service providers necessary to operate Evolasi, including services for:

• Delete notebooks

• Delete whiteboards
• Permanently delete their Evolasi account and associated account data from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Some records may be retained where required for financial, security, or legal reasons, with identifying information removed where possible. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled with Apple or Google.

Evolasi was created to support learners of all ages and includes age-appropriate safety features designed to help provide a safer experience for younger users.

If you are under the age of 13, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian before creating an account or using the Evolasi platform.

Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to supervise their child's use of Evolasi and help ensure the platform is used safely and responsibly.

If Evolasi becomes aware that personal information has been collected from a child under the age of 13 without the appropriate parental or legal guardian consent where required, we reserve the right to suspend or remove the account and take reasonable steps to delete associated information in accordance with applicable law.
